Visual Arts Chair :  Patti Mudd

Patti has been involved in the Arts for many years.  She received her undergraduate BFA degrees in Theatre and Studio Art.  She began working professionally in Theatre working for Theme Parks such as World’s of Fun, and Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, VA. Locally she has worked for Stages St. Louis, Muny Student Theatre, TNT, etc.  She also roamed the country working for various theatre companies and found her niche in Children’s Theatre with Living Arts for Students in Knoxville, TN.  Inspired by the children she encountered, Ms Mudd returned to school to receive her education certification and Masters of education.  Currently she is the Chairperson for the Bayless High School Fine Arts Department, where she also teaches visual art and theatre production design.  Her goal is to inspire children through the arts and help make art accessible to everyone! As a member of the Metro South Arts Council, she hopes to achieve these goals in the Metro South area of St. Louis.
