Metro South Arts Council (MSAC)
The
Metro South Arts Council is a non-profit organization which supports and
creates opportunities and awareness of the visual and performing arts in the MSAC
offers a variety of arts programming: including a Scott Joplin piano
competition, Fine Arts Teacher of the Year Award, Festival of the Arts,
grants for local artists, and visual/performing arts classes for youth. These
activities are funded through the Regional Arts Council ( If you know of
